 Dr.
Holmes Biography
Dr. Holmes grew up in Farmer City, Illinois
and graduated from Farmer City-Mansfield High School. He attended
Illinois State University, majoring in biology and then went
on to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Southern
Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Holmes
graduated with honors from Dental School and received many
awards for outstanding achievement. He has completed the curriculum
at the Center for Advanced Dental Study and the Piper Clinic
in St. Petersburg, Florida. This additional training has allowed
him to be at the forefront in the diagnosis and treatment
of complex restorative problems and Temporomandibular Joint
(TMJ) disorders. He has worked with the Aesthetic Advantage
“dentists to the stars” group based out of New
York City for his advanced skills and techniques in cosmetic
procedures. He has also earned the prestigious Fellowship
award from the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Holmes is
highly trained to provide his patients with excellence in
all fields of dental medicine.

 Dr.
Hernandez Biography
Dr. Hernandez grew up in Rockford, Illinois
and graduated from Boylan High School. He received a full
basketball scholarship to Eastern Illinois University. At
Eastern, he was a four-year starter on the basketball team,
while majoring in Zoology with a Chemistry minor. He then
went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from
the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical School. Upon
graduation from dental school, Dr. Hernandez entered the United
States Navy. In the Navy, he completed an Advanced Education
in General Dentistry Residency, which is a one year advanced
program dealing with all disciplines of dentistry. After his
AEGD Program, Dr. Hernandez served his country for two more
years as a general dentist. In that time he held numerous
positions such as the head of the Team Dentistry Program,
the head of the Preventitive Dentistry, Health Promotions
Officer, and Children's Dental Coordinator. Dr. Hernandez
is experienced and highly trained in providing his patients
with the highest quality and professionalism with respect
to dental care.
